The contract is concluded for a period of 1 year and automatically renews each year on its anniversary date unless canceled beforehand.
All plans include reimbursement for medical and surgical intervention fees in case of accidents AND illness. You also benefit from a preventive care package.
The package aims to cover preventive care during a veterinary visit: Vaccines; Spay/Neuter; Dewormers; Antiparasitic medications; Identification fees; Hygiene products.
Your pet must be between 2 months and 10 years old, depending on their species and breed. This age limit only applies to contract subscription. Once insured with Santévet, your companion will be covered throughout their life!
From the contract's effective date, the following waiting periods apply: 48 hours in case of an accident; 45 days in case of illness; 180 days for surgeries related to illness and cruciate ligament rupture.
The monthly cost of your premium is determined by the type of pet you want to insure (dog or cat), their breed, and age. That's why you need to get a personalized quote to know your exact monthly cost.
During a stay abroad, Santévet covers your reimbursements regardless of the veterinarian chosen.
