2021 has been a busy and exciting year for our company. We are therefore going to open this edition of Insiders with a short video recap of the various things we've been up to. We hope you had a great festive period, and we'd like to wish you all a very happy new year.
Let's continue this edition of Insiders with our traditional "Hall of fame". This month, however, it's a little different from normal: we've decided to select the best photos for the whole of 2021 and not just December.
Since Weenect first began, we've been receiving photos of your pets with their trackers on a daily basis. We've therefore decided to showcase them each month by sharing our favourite photos with you. There'll be pictures to suit all tastes… promised!
Our selections for this year are Domino, Ruby, Padmé and Jet.
In this first section of Weenect Insiders, you'll find details of the various monthly activities we've put together to entertain and inform you. On the menu this month: our Christmas dinner.
These recent years, Weenect has adopted the custom of getting everyone together for a company Christmas dinner over the festive period. This provides an opportunity to strengthen ties between colleagues and reinforce the sense of solidarity between us all. This year, we are taking you with us so you can share the experience by our sides.
In this third section of Weenect Insiders, you'll find details of all the latest news and updates concerning both our products and our company. Featured this month: our server migration, the introduction of a help centre to our website, and the addition of new social networks.
This year has been a highly significant one for Weenect, as it's been the year in which we've migrated our servers. Because there are more and more of you joining us, we've had to switch to a different web hosting service to not only ensure everything keeps working properly, but also to improve security and provide more power and flexibility for managing your trackers. Find out about the processes we've put in place in this short explanatory video.
Once we'd migrated our servers, we also added a help centre to our web platform to give you a more efficient way of solving any issues you might have. Thanks to our special help articles, you can now find the answers you need in just a few clicks! Accessing the help centre couldn't be easier: simply click the "Find out more" tab in our menu bar and then click "help centre".
