"Can the tracker withstand very cold conditions?"
The tracker is designed to function normally at temperatures as low as -20°C. It's therefore perfectly fine for your furry friends to wear it even when it's snowy or cold.
We found out the story of Liesbeth and her cat Bruce from a newspaper article she sent us. Liesbeth couldn't find Bruce one day because he'd got trapped under the bonnet of a car. The car in question then set off for Belgium (Liesbeth lives in Holland). After a 50 km journey and a desperate race against time for Liesbeth, who was tracking her cat's route in the car using the GPS, Bruce was finally rescued. Liesbeth therefore kindly agreed to tell us the story first hand in her own words.
If you're a fan of our tracker yourself and interested in providing a testimonial on video, please get in touch with us at family@weenect.com. We'll then share your feedback in a future edition of Weenect Insiders!

We're looking forward to telling you all about them.

In this episode, Weenect's two customer service managers Rachid Lmakhloufi and Laura Gomez explain to us how they manage this service, which plays a vital role in ensuring Weenect operates smoothly and efficiently. To ensure no user is left dissatisfied, the work the service does is carried out in-house from our offices in both Paris and Brussels.
In this section, we take you to meet professionals in the animal world through field reports, or via interviews with experts such as veterinarians, animal educators and pet stores. We also share useful content with you, such as DIYs or guides on animal matters.
In this episode, accompany Bénédicte, our commercial director, as she meets Charlie Daro, marketing manager for the Poils et Plumes pet store chain. Together, they talk to us about the relationship between Weenect and Poils et Plumes, giving us an insight into how it began and how it has grown stronger over time.
